What this service is
Footfally is software for independent retail stores. We are the vendor: you buy the subscription from Ellul Solutions Ltd directly, and there is no third party between us. We introduce you to nobody, we sell your details to nobody, and we take no commission from anyone for sending you anywhere. The free rota, price and expense worksheets on this site, and the paid workspace that keeps the rotas, price lists and monthly figures you save, are the whole of the service. It is not a till, a payroll, a time clock, an employment law service or a wholesaler's catalogue, and it does not tell you what to pay or what to charge. We aim to keep the service available at all times and to keep your data recoverable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access.
How we are paid
You pay us, and that is the whole of how this business is funded: a monthly subscription to Footfally Pro, sold to businesses by Ellul Solutions Ltd, which is the legal entity you contract with and the name that appears on your card statement and your receipt. Nothing on this site is an advertisement we are paid for, and no figure or recommendation here is influenced by a commission, because there is none. Price, renewal date and cancellation route are shown before you pay and stated again in your account.
Online payments. When you connect your own Stripe account and take a payment through a pay link, Footfally charges a platform fee of 1% of that payment, in addition to Stripe's own processing fee. Stripe deducts both from the payment before it is paid out to you; Footfally never holds your customers' money. The rate that applies is the one shown in your account on the day the pay link is created, and a change to it applies only to links created afterwards.
The free tools
The free rota, price and expense worksheets on this site are provided as working tools for retail professionals. Their output is arithmetic on the figures you enter and nothing else. They do not replace your own footfall count, a schedule that meets your state's predictive scheduling or break rules, a price that meets a supplier's minimum advertised price agreement, advice from your accountant, or your own judgement about the store.
No warranty
The tools are provided as they are, without warranty. We do not warrant that a rota, a price or a monthly figure produced here meets the scheduling, wage or disclosure rules of your state or city or the requirements of any supplier, landlord or regulator; that is yours to check, and the arithmetic is only as good as the numbers you put in.
